Job Description

The acquisitions position is accountable for producing the following result: finding vacant, run-down, abandoned, and distressed property based on our criteria.  You will be using an app that gets installed on your phone that allows you to take a picture of the house, verify the property address and owner then save for us to send marketing postcards and obtain additional information about the property.  We have an easy to use app that you would download on your phone that will help you find deals, take a picture of the property and upload it into our system to start marketing to the owner.  We will pay you for every property that you find that meets our criteria and an additional bonus from $500 to $1,500 per property when we get it under contract.

You’ll be in charge of prospecting houses and gathering as much information about the property and neighborhood. We are looking to grow our team in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, North Fort Myers, Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs, Golden Gate areas.
